1. Is shipping really free?

Yes! At Modern Visions we dislike surprise shipping costs as much as you do, which is why we made it FREE!

2. How long does shipping take?

Your order is printed especially for you and may take up to 10-14 days to be delivered. Please refer to the estimated shipping time provided with your order. Please note that shipping times exclude any clearance or customs delays.

3. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds or size exchanges if you change your mind or find that your product is the wrong size. We kindly ask that you double-check your order before making your purchase.

4. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. To initiate a claim, please send a photo of the damaged goods to support@printful.com. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
